About The Position

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Katy, Texas. We are a clinician-led organization focused on providing high-quality, individualized care for children and families while creating a supportive and sustainable environment for our clinical team. Our Katy clinic offers a collaborative setting where BCBAs are supported by leadership, valued for their clinical expertise, and empowered to make meaningful impact. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking a supportive clinic-based environment, manageable and sustainable caseload expectations, collaboration with experienced clinicians, strong RBT support, and professional growth within a growing pediatric organization. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure quality patient outcomes. This is a clinic-based role located in Katy, TX.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance with BACB and payer requirements
