About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an In-Home position. This role focuses on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the client's natural environment. The BCBA will have the opportunity for continuity and depth of collaboration through direct daily engagement with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team. The position involves overseeing and implementing programs with full support from operational teams and systems, allowing the BCBA to concentrate on client-centered care and progress. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to deliver exceptional ABA therapy
  • Willingness to focus on client-centered care and drive meaningful progress
  • Commitment to assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
  • Ability to work with predictable caseloads and manageable schedules
  • Capacity for layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
  • Ability to work without operational headaches, as logistics are handled by the operations team
  • Willingness to mentor the next generation of BCBAs, lead clinical training, or step into leadership
  • Willingness to participate in CEU stipends and paid CEU days
  • Willingness to participate in exclusive internal training events
  • Ability to work with a company car or mileage reimbursement
  • No Non-Compete agreement

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
