About The Position

BlueSprig is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for remote work one day per week. Requirements

  • Certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • Background check, which may include criminal history and driving record.

Benefits

  • Total Annual Compensation: Up to $118,000
  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On/Retention Bonus: $5,000–$20,000
