This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, managing a caseload with part-time hours, and working with children ages 2-18, most under age 6. The position requires supervising and developing up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, collaborating with clinical leadership, and maintaining ethical documentation.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • RBT background a plus for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
