About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
• Providing clinical care and making thoughtful clinical decisions.
• Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for the individual.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
