The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking a compassionate and professional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to primarily support adults with disabilities (ages 21 and up) who work the community, receive vocational training, participate in recreational activities and social events, and/or reside within our programs. This position plays a vital role in promoting independence, pro-social skills, and adaptive functioning to enhance quality of life and community access. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, program development, and ongoing support for individuals with developmental disabilities living in apartment-style homes within a residential assisted living community. The role includes collaboration across social day programs, vocational training, and community-based activities. Additionally, the BCBA may assist clients of various ages in local religious schools, summer camps, and work closely with our disability services teams to ensure a collaborative, person-centered approach. The BCBA will also be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), training staff, and leading program development initiatives.
