About The Position
Our BCBAs at Lighthouse Autism Center enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, a quarterly bonus program, and flexible schedules including work-from-home days. They also participate in Behavior Treatment Committee collaboration sessions and benefit from a strong RBT training program. The centers are designed for naturalistic teaching. As a BCBA at LAC, you will design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy to set each individual up for success. We utilize a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Responsibilities
- Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
- Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
- Collaborate in Behavior Treatment Committee sessions.
- Utilize a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.
- Focus on trauma-informed, ethical care.
