Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences receiving ABA treatment. The role uses a strength-based, holistic approach and works as part of a transdisciplinary team. The BCBA leads and supports behavior technicians (BTs), and collaborates with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to develop individualized care plans. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Glendale and surrounding areas, with flexibility to balance clinical and administrative tasks. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and BT. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases. The average target is 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks; productivity targets for BCBA levels III and IV are 22 hours. The role includes two bonus opportunities, administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing, and opportunities to advance through BCBA levels I–IV.
