The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works proactively to support students, faculty, and families at Kellman Brown Academy (a private Jewish day school) serving children from infant through 8th grade. This role is designed to facilitate an inclusive and supportive school culture where all students can thrive socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and academically. The BCBA will serve as an active building-wide support, providing professional development opportunities, individual and group social skills, and individualized planning for students and classrooms who benefit from additional behavioral, social-emotional, executive functioning, and organizational support. The ideal candidate establishes rapport with students through regular contact and works closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop practical supports that promote independence, self-regulation and social success across school settings. This role emphasizes proactive and collaborative teacher consultation and coaching, individual and small-group social skills instruction, and executive functioning support for students with neurodivergence and related challenges while fostering a positive, inclusive school culture grounded in belonging and student success.
