About The Position

This is an in-person, school-based BCBA role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. HelloHero delivers related and behavioral health services to students nationwide. Since 2017, we’ve supported over 15,000 students through school districts in 28 states. We focus on fair compensation and exceptional support through our Service Managers. 75% of our clinicians have been with us for over 3 years, reflecting the consistency and support we provide. Our mission is to ensure students receive the services they need to succeed—while creating a more sustainable, supported environment for the clinicians who make that possible.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings (1 year minimum experience preferred)
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
  • Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services
  • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and implementation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Complete documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
  • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
