About The Position

As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of therapists to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and treatment planning
  • Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in behavior analysis, particularly in clinical or home-based settings, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skill Acquisition Assessments)
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Train and mentor RBTs and other staff members
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings
