About The Position

This role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to help define what good looks like in the next chapter of ABA. This BCBA functions as a leader within the team, providing clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a manageable caseload. You will oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians, ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress, collaborate with families and caregivers, and provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance.
