This position provides clinical direction of services to a child, youth, or young adult. The role involves developing and revising the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), overseeing its implementation, and consulting with the treatment team. For the Behavior Analyst (BA) position, this includes applying ABA-based assessments and interventions, and developing behavior plans with teaching methods for caregivers, teachers, BHT-ABAs, and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for providing clinical treatment as outlined in the ITP for the assigned caseload, utilizing evidence-based assessment and treatment protocols. The position also involves identifying resources and clinical problems requiring other professionals, collaborating with the ABA Clinical Director for client access to services, and providing clinical support and guidance to treatment team members through training to transfer skills. Maintaining consistent communication, managing time and schedule independently, and coordinating team members are key responsibilities. Timely and accurate completion of encounter forms and clinical documentation in the Electronic Health System is required, as is maintaining client records in accordance with good clinical practice. The role includes scheduling and sharing periodic treatment conferences and completing client assessments and treatment plan reports in the agency format with clinical efficacy and accuracy. The position holder will be the coordinating person for each child's treatment plan, ensuring regular updates and report quality. Maintaining competency through continuing education and supervision as scheduled by the ABA Clinical Director is also required.
