About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Peak Potential Therapy – Northeast Ohio Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | $85,000 – $100,000 | Clinician Focused Role Why This Role Stands Out If you are a BCBA who wants to focus on clinical work, support your clients, and avoid unnecessary administrative burden, this role is built for you. This position supports clients across both of our clinic locations in Sagamore and Norton. About Us Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.

Requirements

• BCBA certification required
• Ohio COBA certification required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience managing an ABA caseload
• Strong clinical and data analysis skills
• Clear communication and organizational ability

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an assigned ABA caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs assigned to your cases
• Monitor client progress through data and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment
