About The Position

This role is a BCBA and functions as a leader within the team, providing clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a manageable caseload. You will oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians, ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress, collaborate with families and caregivers to drive outcomes, and provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance. The position involves embracing and championing the latest in ABA technology and clinical approaches. The company prioritizes client outcomes over billable hours and offers flexibility with hybrid and fully remote opportunities. There are no non-compete agreements, and the role is supported by mid-level supervisors to focus on high-quality clinical care.
