About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our clinic in Warren Township. We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver approximately 70-80% of caseload in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
Manage a balanced caseload with daytime and evening clients.
Engage in clinical rounds and company-wide meetings.
Participate in supervision and administrative tasks, with hybrid flexibility.
Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
Support BCAT testing through BT Trainers.
