We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. This role involves managing a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week, and working with children ages 2-18, primarily under age 6. You will supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and maintain ethical documentation.
