Cortica is hiring a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee strength-based, holistic, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinicians across a transdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and support meaningful outcomes for patients and families. The role is fully remote within Arizona, with required travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month; eligible travel expenses for clinic visits are covered. BCBAs have flexibility over when and where they supervise cases, using telehealth when clinically effective. The average productivity expectation is 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks and 22-hour targets at BCBA levels III and IV. Cortica provides administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. The role offers advancement through BCBA levels I–IV and two bonus opportunities.
