About The Position

We offer Center and In-Home positions, both Part-Time (PT) and Full-Time (FT), with earning potential up to $117,000 per year plus a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering BCBAs with support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. Clinicians are empowered to design customized treatment plans with full access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

- Total Compensation: Base salary $95,000 - $105,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).
