Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Supervising cases and determining telehealth when clinically effective for the client and BT.
- Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

- Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $108,000 - $135,000
- Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
