Triumph ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a flexible part-time role in Philipsburg, NJ. This position offers one of the highest hourly rates in New Jersey, focusing on clinical evaluations and staff mentorship without corporate bureaucracy. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active NJ LBA required.
- At least 1 year of BCBA experience in home or clinic settings.
- Ability to provide in-person supervision in the 07065 area.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct evaluations to shape the future of your clients’ care.
- Provide high-quality in-person supervision and training to our behavior technicians.
- Work directly with families to ensure progress carries over into the home.
