About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing its Newport News ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs. Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
