Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Ability to deliver ABA therapy in the natural environment
Skills in assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
Experience in training and mentoring Behavior Technicians
Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans
Experience in parent training and engagement
Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
