Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
Nice To Haves
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support.
- Utilize hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
- Partner with transdisciplinary teams for collaboration across specialties.
- Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
- Engage with BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.
