About The Position

We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. Requirements

• BCBA certification given by the BACB
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
• Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
• Assist in creating guidelines and processes for this center and future centers
