About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position available for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves assessing children's social capacity, planning educational programs, and utilizing strategies to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally within the classroom. The BCBA will collaborate with educators, parents, administrators, and other professionals to foster supportive learning environments and strengthen home-school connections. Additionally, the position requires effective case management of students and adherence to mandated timelines for evaluations.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Certification/licensure from the State of New Jersey
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively assess children’s social capacity and plan educational programs
  • Must show proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
  • Must Pass Criminal History Background Check through IdentoGo by MorphoTrust for Public School Employment
  • New Jersey residency required within one (1) year of employment
