About The Position

We are seeking a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children succeed, offering flexibility and significant impact. The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and clinic settings, directly improving the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Licensed as required by the state of Maryland
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
  • Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care
