About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. This role offers a flexible opportunity with support, structure, and the freedom to choose your schedule, making it ideal for those balancing family, other work, or returning to the field. The position focuses on providing clinical care with reduced administrative overload, supported by an operations team and a proprietary platform. Part-time BCBAs will have access to clinical directors, peer BCBAs, and a Clinical Excellence Team for guidance. The therapy approach is assent-based, aligning with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment, emphasizing compassionate, child-led therapy. There are opportunities for growth, including additional hours or leadership roles, should availability change.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
  • Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  • Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
