About The Position
Kids First is expanding and hiring BCBAs to join their team. They are committed to supporting their clinicians so they can focus on helping children and families thrive. They believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBAs and BTs for long-term sustainable service, and providing full in-house support to BCBAs.
Requirements
- NY LBA is required.
- You must live in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).
- Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
