About The Position

This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. As a BCBA, your voice is heard and your ideas are respected. You will be presented as the subject matter expert to potential families, and your treatment plan will drive the conversation to provide the best services possible. We service a wide age population, not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10), and we do not have an age-out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old. The BCBA takes an active role in Parent onboarding training. We offer a company culture that fosters advancement and growth. The day-to-day difference includes a low billable hour requirement. Every BCBA creates their own individualized behavior plan. There is an opportunity to gain leadership experience by mentoring RBT’s and BCaBA through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program. You will work with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload. Growth opportunities are plentiful, with new Clinical Manager roles offered to internal BCBA’s first. We always look to promote from within. You will work side-by-side with an experienced Clinical Manager to level up your skills.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a wide age population, including individuals up to 17-20 years old.
• Experience mentoring RBT's and BCaBA.
