About The Position

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for the daily management of an assigned caseload. This role involves providing ongoing development, training, implementation, and monitoring of support systems, including Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for individuals supported by Aspire.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
  • Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of an assigned caseload.
  • Provide ongoing development, training, implementation, and monitoring of systems of support.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.
