About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in a brand new location in Tempe! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team. We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification required
Successful completion of a post-offer background check
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload with approximately 70-80% in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
Provide clinical and administrative support.
Engage in case consultation and guidance with Clinical Supervisors.
Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
Participate in internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
Attend Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings (ABA, Developmental Therapies, Medical).
Drive for post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
