Bancroft is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), for our children’s educational program in Mt. Laurel NJ. This program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support. The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
