About The Position
Springbrook Behavioral Health in Travelers Rest, South Carolina has a great opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position provides behavioral services to our RTF autistic patients including developmental assessments, staff training, specific behavioral programs and general recommendations for achieving positive behavioral supports and other services as assigned.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
- Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in humanities or related field
- Required coursework to obtain and maintain BCBA certification
- Demonstrates understanding of autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric illness, behavior management and biopsychosocial functioning across the life span
- Demonstrates sound judgement, initiative, integrity, dependability, decision making abilities, excellent communication skills (written and oral), and leadership/management/teaching skills
Nice To Haves
- Credentials to supervise others in obtaining RBT, BCABA and BCBA
Responsibilities
