That's why our compensation and benefits package has been designed to support you personally and professionally: Compensation: $70/hr - $80/hr Flexible Hybrid Role: We offer remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT. Set Scheduling: Predictable work hours help you balance your work and personal life. Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role: Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests. Autonomy over Your Schedule: You’ll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
