Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a hybrid role, combining telehealth supervision with in-home and clinic setting services, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active license in the State of Missouri
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• BCBA: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBAs, skills assessments)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs
• Deliver parent/caregiver training and support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
