Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Warren! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

Nice To Haves

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support.
• Utilize hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
• Partner with transdisciplinary teams for collaboration across specialties.
• Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
• Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
• Engage with BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.
