About The Position

MedCare Pediatric is dedicated to providing personalized, one-on-one care that empowers children to communicate, connect, and grow. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
  • Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
  • Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
