About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and flexible work arrangements, including opportunities at our new clinic in Fairfield, or a hybrid model serving Fairfield and surrounding areas. We service a wide age population, with no age-out restriction, and provide a supportive company culture that fosters advancement and growth. As a BCBA, your voice will be heard, your ideas respected, and you will be presented as the subject matter expert to potential families. Your treatment plan will drive the conversation to provide the best services possible. The role involves active participation in parent onboarding training and offers a low billable hour requirement. You will create individualized behavior plans and have the opportunity to gain leadership experience by mentoring RBTs and BCaBAs through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program. You will also collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape your caseload. You will work alongside an experienced Clinical Manager to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work between 8 am-6 pm, or part-time pending availability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a wide age population, including learners up to 17-20 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized behavior plans.
• Mentor RBTs and BCaBAs through the Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.
• Work with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to build and shape caseloads.
