About The Position

Join a person-centered day program where ABA meets real life. We support adults with disabilities in building communication, social, vocational, and independent living skills — all within small group settings with a 1:4 staff-to-client ratio. As our BCBA, you'll own the clinical picture: assessments, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and behavior intervention planning when needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Current Texas Behavior Analyst License (in good standing)
  • Current CPR/First Aid
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments using EFL, AFLS, and other clinical tools
  • Develop individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior plans
  • Complete FBAs and BMPs as needed
  • Design data sheets, visuals, and materials to bring plans to life
  • Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Train staff in data collection, prompting, reinforcement, and behavior reduction protocols
  • Collaborate with caregivers, guardians, and outside providers
  • Complete progress and treatment plan updates every 6 months
