About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). HHF is built by clinicians for clinicians, with a mission-driven, outcome-focused culture. We offer a supportive team of Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality for mentorship and case consultation. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • RBT background a plus for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
