About The Position

ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. They focus on small caseloads with a compassionate care approach, a strong culture based on core values, and a commitment to the impact they have on the lives of others. Experience with Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
Experience collaborating with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute

Responsibilities

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Benefits

Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
