About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services, emphasizing clinical growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data-driven progress measurement. The position offers a structured environment with built-in supervision, defined career paths, and a commitment to supporting both child development and professional advancement. The company utilizes a peer-reviewed clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, to recommend treatment intensity and provides free in-house CEUs as a BACB ACE Provider. Collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. The position also involves working with a Prep School program that supports children transitioning to traditional classroom settings.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in IL and in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
  • Run own assessments and intakes
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
