About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role is designed to alleviate common clinician burnout by providing full clinical support, including a dedicated BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Director. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, and robust QA systems, extensive goal banks, and resources are available to streamline planning and documentation. The position offers manageable caseloads focused on meaningful clinical outcomes, with hybrid flexibility for supervision and documentation. There is a clear path for growth into leadership roles, including Clinical Director positions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and building strong client relationships
