Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid + Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Join Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. We are seeking passionate BCBAs to provide hybrid in-home client support in the Raleigh to Apex, NC area. At Butterfly Effects, BCBAs hold key leadership roles, shaping clinical practice and company direction. We uphold BACB guidelines and prioritize meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA with no rigid quotas. You will have on-the-ground support from a local clinical director, clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans, and stable growth paths within our expanding nationwide organization. We do not have non-compete clauses.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
- All experience levels welcome.
Responsibilities
- Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000
