About The Position

Dallas Healthcare Consultants is partnering with a premier pediatric therapy organization in San Antonio to find an exceptional BCBA. This organization, founded by clinician-parents, prioritizes children and families. ABA services are integrated with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Social Skills programs, all provided under one roof. The role offers the chance to make a real difference while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current BCBA Certification
• Active Texas LBA License
• Master's Degree or higher

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric ABA experience preferred
• Passion for teamwork and helping children succeed

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with families to maximize client success
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate daily with OT, PT, and Speech professionals
• Help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and life skills
