Requirements
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within Georgia
- 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Board certified behavior analyst certification (Required)

- Small caseloads of 6-8 clients.
- Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly.
- 24 potential work from home days.
- Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
- Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
- Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
- Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours
