About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Cameron, NC. Join a supportive, clinic-based team where you can make a meaningful impact with children and families through high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. This role offers clinic-based pediatric ABA setting, full-time or part-time options, and competitive compensation with bonus opportunities. Clinic hours are up to 6:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
