About The Position

As an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families on the autism journey while contributing to a broader vision of medically integrated, family-centered care. At ALL TOGETHER AUTISM, our team members are the foundation of each family's journey. We are deeply committed to a positive team member experience, collaborating with psychologists, wrap around therapies, medical professionals, experienced, well-trained Registered Behavior Technicians while investing in advanced training, access to internal and external mentors to expand your clinical expertise and leadership impact as a BCBA. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, a sign-on/retention bonus up to $10,000, reasonably priced health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, mileage reimbursement, laptop and premium Central Reach EHR platform access, and a strong mentorship and professional development focus. As a growing second-year company, ALL TOGETHER AUTISM is actively expanding home and center-based operations in 2026. Requirements

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or a candidate to sit for the BACB Exam
  • Passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development
