As a fully accredited BHCOE organization, Butterfly Effects upholds BACB guidelines and emphasizes meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA practices, without rigid quotas. They offer on-the-ground support through locally or regionally based clinical directors for real-time guidance and collaboration, ensuring BCBAs do not work in isolation. BCBAs are granted clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans with full access to resources and interdisciplinary collaboration. The company also provides stable growth paths to leadership roles such as Assistant Regional Director, Center Director, and Regional Director as they expand nationwide. Importantly, there are no non-compete clauses for employees.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
Perform functional behavior assessments.
Develop individualized treatment goals.
Create evidence-based intervention plans.
Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.

Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 - $105,000
Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
Total Potential: Up to $117,000
